Service Description
Our first session together is an important one. It's big picture time. We'll talk about expectations in further detail, talk a bit more about what makes you, you, and what's really important to you. We'll discuss goals and possible hurdles as well as the techniques we might use and length of treatment. Thanks Covid? The world pandemic brought new perspectives about experiencing therapy and counselling. I'm happy to connect with you virtually if this meets your location or individual needs.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens and sometimes unexpected changes need to be made. There’s always grace when emergencies or extenuating circumstances occur, however, valuing each other's time and energy is an important aspect of every relationship. I have chosen not to apply cancellation or rebooking fees at this time. Let's actively choose trust and transparency and extend healthy boundaries which include grace. If an unexpected change needs to be made, rest assured that I will do all I can to help make adjustments that will work for us both. No judgment. Ever!
