I believe that the family unit is sacred. Unfortunately, due to familial patterns, external influences and pressures, and unaddressed traumas, the sacred can feel more like H-E-double hockey sticks... if you know what I mean! It takes a discovering of where we end and the other starts that is key to having crucial conversations, creating safe spaces to be heard, but also to hear, and discovering ways of attaining healthy interdependent relationships. The getting there can be tricky and unfortunately it's rarely a relaxing trip, but the destination is so worth it! Thanks Covid? The world pandemic brought new perspectives about experiencing therapy and counselling. I'm happy to connect with you virtually if this meets your location or needs. *** Please note: Family Counselling is a dynamic process and can require some individual as well as couples counselling.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens and sometimes unexpected changes need to be made. There’s always grace when emergencies or extenuating circumstances occur, however, valuing each other's time and energy is an important aspect of every relationship. I have chosen not to apply cancellation or rebooking fees at this time. Let's actively choose trust and transparency and extend healthy boundaries which include grace. If an unexpected change needs to be made, rest assured that I will do all I can to help make adjustments that will work for us both. No judgment. Ever!
