Let's face it, the rotisserie of blessings and challenges in any relationship can leave our heads spinning. What we bring to our relationships and how we perceive the actions and words of our partner can create a dynamic that is more challenging than 5000 piece puzzle. Parental influences, life experiences, culture, genetics and lifestyle are just some of the things that make us who we are. When two people come together with hopes and dreams of a future, these parts that make up who we are come with them. This can lead to conflicts that quickly unravel those hopes and dreams that brought us together in the first place. Whether its premarital or after 40 years committed, helping my clients put the puzzle pieces of life together in a meaningful way that reflects them and their hopes and dreams is one of my greatest privileges. Thanks Covid? The world pandemic brought new perspectives about experiencing therapy and counselling. I'm happy to connect with you virtually if this meets your location or needs.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens and sometimes unexpected changes need to be made. There’s always grace when emergencies or extenuating circumstances occur, however, valuing each other's time and energy is an important aspect of every relationship. I have chosen not to apply cancellation or rebooking fees at this time. Let's actively choose trust and transparency and extend healthy boundaries which include grace. If an unexpected change needs to be made, rest assured that I will do all I can to help make adjustments that will work for us both. No judgment. Ever!
